Before work begins

We confirm the website, important journeys, relevant systems, required access, and deliverables before payment. The assessment is paid in full before scheduling.
Typically 10–15 business days. Timing starts after payment, intake, required access, and materials are complete.
Will every page be tested?
Coverage is defined in the assessment scope. Larger websites may use representative templates, page samples, and selected journeys. The report records coverage and anything not verified.
Can the assessment fee be credited?
Up to 50% of the assessment fee, capped at $2,500, may be credited with written approval toward an eligible E³ Engineering agreement signed within 30 days of proposal delivery.
Read all credit conditionsDoes an assessment mean I need a rebuild?
No. Findings may support targeted corrections, a broader engineering engagement, or a different next step. The recommendation follows the evidence.
