Assessment credit.

Up to 50% of the assessment fee, capped at $2,500, may be credited with written approval toward an eligible E³ Engineering agreement signed within 30 days of proposal delivery.

Credit is not automatic. It must be included in the engineering agreement.

Maximum credit$2,500up to 50% of the assessment fee

What else should I know about credit?

The credit has no cash value and cannot exceed the implementation invoice. It does not automatically apply to stewardship or other services.

Before you commit

Expectations, agreed.

Your agreement defines scope, deliverables, access, ownership, licensing, approvals, and acceptance. You provide the required materials and review decisions at the agreed milestones.

Paid advertising, social media management, and email marketing are outside these services.

How is engineering paid?

40% for production reservation, 30% at architecture and design-direction approval, 20% at staging acceptance, and 10% before launch, transfer, or final handoff.

The signed agreement controls the engagement.

What happens before I pay?

We establish fit, confirm scope and readiness, explain fees and timing, and provide the agreement. Paid in full before scheduling.

Will I own my website?

Completed assets, ownership, access, third-party licenses, managed hosting, and handoff responsibilities are written into your agreement. For client website projects, the current delivery standard is a custom WordPress website with managed hosting.
